摘要
以跨径100 m的斜靠式系杆拱桥为对象,针对浮拖法施工中的单侧拱肋拼装、浮拖施工、两侧框架结构就位、桥面板铺装、索力二次张拉等主要施工工况下结构的受力及变形进行了详细的计算分析。根据计算结果,明确了具体的施工监控内容及测点布置位置,通过施工监控对该桥主要施工过程进行控制,确保成桥后的几何线形和内力状态符合设计要求。研究结果表明:本桥经过有效的全过程监控,成桥后系杆线形理想,主吊索索力及成桥内力与设计状态偏差较小,满足相关要求。本文所述的监控方法及思路可为日后采用同类施工方法架设的长大构件提供一定的参考及经验积累。
A leaning-type arch bridge with a span of 100 m was taken as the object in this paper.The stress and deformation of the structure were closely calculated and analyzed in the construction conditions of assembling of one side arch rib,floatdragging construction,emplacement of two side frame structures,deck planking,cable-force secondary tensioning,etc.On the basis of the calculation results,the specific construction monitoring content and location of measuring points were defined.The construction processes of the arch bridge were guided and guaranteed by means of construction monitoring.The geomethy and internal force state of the arch bridge meeting the design requirements were ensured.The results showed that the alignment of tie bar was ideal,and the deviation between the state of the cable force and internal force and the design state of the bridge was small during the whole process construction monitoring.The monitoring method and thinking described in this paper could provide certain reference and experience accumulation for long and large members by similar construction methods in the future.
