摘要
目的探讨阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片联合野菊花注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月江门市新会区司前人民医院收治的80例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,对照组予以野菊花注射液雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)及中性粒细胞百分比(NE)水平及临床症状改善时间。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组CRP、WBC以及NE指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周后,两组患儿CRP、WBC及NE指标显著下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患儿咽痛改善、扁桃体肿大改善、体温恢复正常以及脓点或脓苔消失时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化脓性扁桃体炎患儿采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片联合野菊花注射液雾化吸入治疗效果显著,可提高治疗有效率并减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状,利于患儿获得良好预后。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets combined with chrysanthemum indicum injection in the treatment of children with suppurative tonsillitis.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,a total of 80 children with suppurative tonsillitis admitted to Jiangmen Xinhuisiqian People’s Hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 2 groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atomization inhalation of wild chrysanthemum injection,and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NE),and the time of clinical symptoms before and after treatment between the 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference in CR,WBC and NE between the 2 groups before treatment and the observation group was lower than the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,sore throat improved and the tonsil enlargement improved.The body temperature returned to normal,and pus spots or pus coats disappeared in a shorter time and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets combined with chrysanthemum indicum injection are effective in the treatment of child patient with suppurative tonsillitis,which can improve the effective rate of treatment,reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the clinical symptoms,and is helpful for the children to obtain a good prognosis.
