摘要
人本教育理念不仅有助于推动哲学学科内容的积极变化,而且也有助于哲学教育发展方向的优化调整,还有助于及时发现和查摆当前哲学教育的风险点。在当代哲学教育中应贯彻人本理念,实现可持续发展。在目标定位上,要将人的全面发展融入哲学教育的路径设计中,打造完整人格内核,加密内外环境交互;在主体定位上,要将学生身心成长融入哲学教育的路径创新中,加大过程性教育比重,优化多元化教育体系;在个性定位上,要将自主理性培养融入哲学教育的路径保障中,做好形式的自主合作、成效的自主管理。
The concept of humanistic education is not only helpful to promote the positive change of philosophy subject content,but also to optimize and adjust the development direction of philosophy education,as well as to discover and check the risks of current philosophy education in time.Therefore,we should carry out the idea of humanism to realize the sustainable development in contemporary philosophy education.In terms of goal orientation,we should integrate human's all-round development into the path design of philosophy education,build a complete core of personality,and strengthen the interaction between internal and external environment;in terms of subject orientation,we should integrate students' physical and mental growth into the path innovation of philosophy education,increase the proportion of process education,and optimize the pluralistic education system;in terms of personality orientation,we should integrate the cultivation of independent rationality into the path guarantee of philosophy education.We should do a good job in the form of independent cooperation and in the efficiency of independent management.
