摘要
依据支架围岩关系调压试验曲线,从定性定量2个方面论证了它们之间关系。从控制角度出发,采场上方直接顶岩层运动与支架额定工作阻力关系是必须控制与必须被控制关系,称为“必控岩层”,其定量关系为Pze=hzγz。基本顶岩层运动与支架额定工作阻力关系是程度控制与被程度控制关系,称为“程控岩层”,呈“双曲线”关系,导出了它们之间关系数学力学公式,即Pre=QSm/2Sx。支架额定阻力与整体弯沉带岩层运动关系是不可以控制也不可以被控制关系,称为“不可控岩层”,其定量关系为Pb=0。分析了调压试验曲线特征、存在条件及双曲线在坐标系中位置影响因素。依据支架围岩呈“双曲线”关系数学力学模型,确定了支架控制整个采场上覆岩层运动具备合理的额定工作阻力。
Based on the pressure regulation test curve between support and surrounding rocks,the relationship between the two has been demonstrated from quantitative and qualitative angles.In terms of control,the nominative resistance of support and the immediate rock movement are in the relationship of“must control”and“must be controlled”,and that’s why it is called“must be controlled rock strata”and the quantitative relation of it is Pze=hzγz.The strata movement of the main roof and the nominative working resistance of support are in the relationship of degree controlling and being controlled by degree,which is also called“program-controlled rock strata”.And based on their relationship,the“hyper bolic”relationship mechanism has been proven,and their mathematical mechanical model formula,Pre=QSm/2Sx has also been derived.While support nominative working resistance and overburden strata movement are in the relationship of“can’t control”and“can’t be controlled”,it can be referred to as“uncontrollable rock strata”,whose quantitative relationship is Pb=0.Then the characteristics of pressure regulation test curve,existence conditions,and the factors affecting location of hyperbola in coordinate system have been analyzed.Finally,according to the mathematical mechanics model of hyperbolic relationship of support surrounding rock,the problem of determining reasonable rated working resistance of support controlling the movement of overburden strata in the whole stope has been solved.
