摘要
目的:探讨强肾活血方联合射频电疗治疗早中期非创伤性股骨头坏死(肝肾亏虚型)的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合条件的患者随机分为试验组及对照组,各30例。试验组给予强肾活血方联合射频电疗,对照组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊口服,疗程均为3个月。通过观察各组治疗前后髋关节Harris评分、中医证候评分及治疗期间、治疗之后不良反应发生率评估强肾活血方的临床疗效。结果:经治疗,试验组临床总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组髋关节Harris评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组中医证候评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.01),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:强肾活血方联合射频电疗治疗早中期非创伤性股骨头坏死临床效果满意,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qiangshen Huoxue decoction combined with radio frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head(liver and kidney deficiency).Methods:60 eligible patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Qiangshen Huoxue decoction combined with radio frequency electrotherapy,while the control group was given Xianlinggubao capsule orally for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of Qiangshen Huoxue prescription was evaluated by observing Harris score of hip joint,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions during and after treatment in each group.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of Harris score of hip joint in the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Qiangshen Huoxue decoction combined with radio frequency electrotherapy has satisfactory clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of non-traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head in the early and middle stages,which is worthy of promotion.
