摘要
针对“为什么有些人能发现和创造机会”这个问题,以中国六6个行政区12所高校的学生为研究对象,从机会“发现+创造”整合观的视角探究创业者如何通过创业学习来提高创业警觉性进而识别创业机会的发现机制,以及如何通过创业学习来增强创业者的创造性思维进而识别创业机会的构建机制,并引入社会网络作为调节变量,探究创业学习对创业警觉性和创造性思维作用程度的影响因素。研究结果表明:(1)创业警觉性和创造性思维在创业学习与大学生创业机会识别之间发挥部分中介作用;(2)社会网络分别正向调节了创业学习与创业警觉性的关系以及创业学习和创造性思维的关系,但不同维度之间的调节作用不同;(3)社会网络正向调节创业警觉性和创造性思维在创业学习与大学生创业机会识别之间的中介效应。
Why do some people discover and create opportunities?To answer this question,from the perspective of“discovery+creation”integration,this paper explores how entrepreneurs can improve their entrepreneurial awareness and enhance their creative thinking to identify entrepreneurial opportunities through entrepreneurial learning,which taking students from 12 universities in six administrative regions of China as the research object.Meanwhile,introducing social networks as a moderator,this paper intends to explore the factors that influence entrepreneurial learning on the degree of entrepreneurial alertness and creative thinking.The results of this research are as follows:(1)Entrepreneurial alertness and creative thinking play a part of moderation effectbetween entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial opportunity identification of College Students.(2)Social network positively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial alertness and creative thinking Separately,but the moderating effect is different among different dimensions.(3)Social network positively regulates the mediating effect of entrepreneurial alertness and creative thinking between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial opportunity identification of College students.
