摘要
随着物联网技术的发展,汽车接入网络即车联网已经是当今汽车技术发展的主要方向。乘用车远程监控诊断作为车联网的重要组成部分已经成为车联网研究的重点。车辆的故障多发生在电器及电控系统上,一个故障现象往往涉及多个控制单元。基于车联网的车载远程诊断实训系统的设计,主要由车辆数据实时采集模块、实训人机交互终端设备以及这两部分和云平台的软硬件接口部分构成。总体方案的设计,通过车辆数据采集模块实时采集新能源汽车的各种运转数据,并发送到云平台,学生通过终端设备接入云平台可以方便的读取故障代码、实时数据,还可以将数据冻结,以方便保存以及以后参考。该系统的创新之处在于,使用CAN总线应用层协议UDS,使系统适应各品牌车型,提高通用性。第二,系统接入云端,随时可以使用。
With the development of Internet of things technology,the automobile access network is the main direction of automobile technology development.As an important part of the Internet of vehicles,remote monitoring and diagnosis of passenger vehicles has become the focus of the research of the Internet of vehicles.The fault of vehicle mostly occurs in electrical and electronic control system.A fault phenomenon often involves multiple control units.The design of on-board remote diagnosis training system based on the Internet of vehicles is mainly composed of vehicle data real-time acquisition module,training human-computer interaction terminal equipment and the software and hardware interface part of the cloud platform.The design of the overall scheme is to collect all kinds of operation data of new energy vehicles in real time through the vehicle data acquisition module and send them to the cloud platform.Students can easily read fault codes and real-time data by accessing the cloud platform through terminal equipment,and can also freeze the data for convenient storage and future reference.The innovation of this system lies in that it uses UDS,which is the application layer protocol of CAN bus,so that the system can adapt to various brand models and improve the universality.Second,the system is connected to the cloud and can be used at any time.
