摘要
射频微波网络非线性测量工作是一项系统化、复杂化的工作,在具体实施操作的时候需要处理多个方面的问题。文章着重以超越S参数的大信号网络分析技术为基本研究对象,就基于大信号网络分析测量技术的放大器频谱增生理论和技术应用问题进行探究。
The nonlinear measurement of RF microwave network is a systematic and complicated work,and many problems need to be dealt with in the implementation of the operation.This paper focuses on the large signal network analysis technology beyond parameter S as the basic research object,and probes into the theory and technical application of amplifier spectrum increment based on large signal network analysis and measurement technology.
