摘要
为了解决西部矿业七角井铁矿精矿品位低、SiO2含量高的问题,进行了选矿工艺优化研究.结果表明:在碎矿段引入高压辊磨技术,并增设磨前湿式预选工艺,可抛出产率为11.62%的粗粒尾矿,入磨品位可提高2.89个百分点,可有效降低入磨粒度,减少磨矿量,达到节能降耗的目的;三段磨矿改用塔磨机进行细磨,之后再采用淘洗磁选机进行精选,在磨矿细度为-0.038 mm占95%的情况下,可获得TFe品位为65.37%、TFe回收率为72.34%、SiO2含量为4.97%的铁精矿.
In order to solve the problems of concentrate of low iron grade and high SiO 2 content in Qijiaojing Iron Mine,the optimization of beneficiation process was studied.The results show that:introduction of HPGR technology in crushing stage,and adding wet preconcentration technology before grinding,there are a yield of 11.62%of the coarse tailings can be thrown,the feeding grade of grinding can be increased by 2.89 percentage points,the grinding granularity can be effectively reduced,the grinding amount can be reduced,and the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction can be achieved;the three-stage grinding is carried out with a tower mill for fine grinding,and then the washing magnetic separator is used for concentration,under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.038 mm accounting for 95%,the iron concentrate with TFe grade of 65.37%,TFe recovery of 72.34%and SiO 2 content of 4.97%can be obtained.
