摘要
重视化学试剂的使用和管理,可以保障实验室工作安全、有序进行。本文利用信息化手段和物联网技术,编制实验室化学试剂管控系统,对不同安全等级的试剂,执行三级管理策略。既避免了"一刀切"形成的过度管制,又能规避管理松懈造成的不良后果。实践证明:通过开发应用实验室化学试剂管控系统,可以有效实现对试剂的登记、领用、归还、盘点等环节无纸化管控,为实验室的安全有序管理起到良好的推动作用。
Attaching importance to the use and management of chemical reagents can ensure the safety and order of laboratory work. The thesis introduces the establishment of chemical reagents requisition system in laboratory with the means of information and the Internet of Things. The three-level management strategies are implemented for the reagents of different security levels. It not only avoids the excessive control,but also avoids the negative consequences of relaxation of management. It has been proved that the paperless management can be achieved to the registration,requisition,and return of reagents,the change of demand can be grasped in time,and the reagents can be controlled strictly according to the procedure requirements by developing and applicating chemical reagents requisition system in laboratory. It plays a good role in promoting the safety and orderly management of the laboratory.
