摘要
生态保护红线是保障区域生物资源安全和生态系统稳定的不可逾越的红线。以深圳市为例,从生物多样性保护、水资源安全、地质灾害规避三个方面评价生态用地重要区域,进而划定深圳市的生态保护红线范围。深圳市生态保护红线范围的面积为339.24km^2,占深圳市域总面积的17.2%。从各区分布来看,面积最大的是龙岗片区,为166.03km^2,最小的是福田区,面积仅为8.68km^2。深圳市生态保护红线主要集中分布在南部盐田梧桐山片区和坪山片区的马峦山区域、西部宝安片区的羊台山以及东南部大鹏半岛的坝光片区周围。深圳市生态保护红线的划定对维护生态空间安全,建设生态文明城市具有重要意义。
The ecological protection redlines is an insurmountable line to ensure the security of regional biological resources and the stability of ecosystem. Taking the city of Shenzhen as an example,based on the biodiversity conservation, water resource security,geological disasters avoidance to evaluate the important areas of ecological lands, and then delimit the ecological protection redlines. The ecological protection redlines cover an area of 339.24 km^2, accounting for 17.2% of the total area of Shenzhen. In terms of the distribution of districts, Longgang district has the largest area(166.03 km^2), while Futian district has the smallest area(8.68 km^2). The ecological protection redlines of Shenzhen mainly located in the Wutong Mountain in southern Yantian district, Maluanshan Mountain in Pingshan district, Yangtai Mountain in western Baoan district and around Baguang area in southeast Dapeng Peninsula. The delimitation of ecological protection redlines in Shenzhen is of vital significance to maintain the security of ecological space and built ecological civilization city.
