城市建设用地开发强度与效益的动态响应关系--以兰州市为例 被引量:4

Dynamic Response Relationship between Urban Construction Land Development Intensity and Urban Construction Land Use Efficiency--A Case Study of Lanzhou

摘要 研究城市建设开发强度与利用效益之间的关系,明确城市建设用地利用效益对城市建设用地开发强度响应程度。以兰州市为研究对象,对2001~2016年城市建设用地开发强度和利用效益进行评价,并借助响应度模型研究了两者的动态响应关系。研究结果:(1)2001~2016年城市建设用地开发强度持续增长,效益提升显著;(2)城市建设用地利用效益变化对城市建设用地开发强度的增长始终表现出"正响应"特征,2001~2007年响应程度逐渐减弱,而2007~2016年响应程度逐渐增强;(3)城市建设用地利用效益与各影响因素呈现正相关关系,地均二三产业产值正向促进作用显著,城市建设用地比重对城市建设用地利用效益提升的作用次之。 Study on the relationship between urban construction and development intensity and utilization benefits, and clarify the degree of response of urban construction land utilization benefits to urban construction land development intensity. Taking Lanzhou as the research object, the development intensity and utilization benefit of urban construction land from 2001 to 2016 were evaluated, and the dynamic response relationship between the two was studied with the help of a responsiveness model. The results are as follows:(1) The development intensity of urban construction land from 2001 to 2016 has continued to increase,and the benefits have been significantly improved;(2) The change in the benefits of urban construction land use always shows a "positive response" to the increase in the development intensity of urban construction land. The degree of response gradually weakened from 2001 to 2007, while the degree of response gradually increased from 2007 to 2016;(3) There is a positive correlation between the utilization efficiency of urban construction land and various influencing factors. The positive effects of the average secondary and tertiary industry output value on land are significantly promoted, and the proportion of urban construction land plays a secondary role in improving the utilization efficiency of urban construction land.
