摘要
塔里木油田公司既是重点用能单位也是"万家"企业之一。调研结果表明,目前其主要用能系统仍存在较大的节能潜力。为加快推进节能降耗工作,通过对重点用能系统能耗构成进行分析,结合现有标准,建立了一套适用于塔里木油田的重点用能系统能效指标体系,提出能效加权综合评价方法,并对塔里木油田下属6个厂站进行能效分析与评价。应用结果表明,该套指标体系及能效加权综合评价方法能够合理反映该油田重点用能系统的整体能效水平,可为后续开展系统和设备的节能挖潜及提出有效的改进措施等提供依据和导向,同时为其他油气田企业开展相关能效评价工作提供借鉴,进而提升油气田生产节能的高效精细化管理,促进企业降本增效以及"双控"目标的实现。
Tarim Oilfield Company is not only a key energy-using unit, but also one of the "Ten Thousand" enterprises. The investigation results show that there is still a great potential for energy conservation in its main energy-using system. In order to speed up the work of energy conservation and consumption reduction, through analyzing the energy consumption structure of key energy consumption system and in combination with existing standards, a set of energy efficiency index system suitable for key energy consumption system in Tarim Oilfield is established, and a weighted comprehensive evaluation method of energy efficiency is proposed. Meanwhile, the analysis and evaluation of energy efficiency for 6 stations in Tarim Oilfield is carried out. The application results show that the index system and the weighted comprehensive evaluation method of energy efficiency can reasonably reflect the overall energy efficiency level of key energy consumption system in Tarim Oilfield,and provide a basis and guidance for the follow-up development of energy saving potential of the system and equipment and puts forward effective improvement measures. At the same time, it provides a reference for other oil and gas field enterprises to carry out relevant energy efficiency evaluation,so as to improve the efficient and fine management of production and energy conservation in oil and gas field,and promote enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency and achieve the goal of "double control".
