摘要
本文主要综述了我国D-阿洛酮糖(D-psicose,Psi)的研究进展及产业化进程,包括技术开发进展、主要研发单位、技术开发中存在的不足,同时阐述了D-阿洛酮糖在我国产业化进程中面临的问题,包括重叠工作过多、技术整合不足、技术集中在上游基因挖掘和菌株构建领域、法规和审批滞后等问题,展望了D-阿洛酮糖产业发展趋势和需要解决的问题。
This paper mainly reviews the research progress and industrialization process of D-Psicose(Psi)in China,including research progress,technology distribution and insufficient in technology development.In addition,the problems in the process of D-Psicose industrialization in China were also discussed,including too much repetitive work,Technology integration is weak,research work only concentrated in gene mining and strain construction field,regulations and approvals are relatively lagging behind.At last,the development direction and trend of D-Psicose industry were prospected.
