摘要
社会经济的高速发展,带动了人们生活质量的提升。人们生活质量提升的同时,对食品安全问题也极为关注。食品安全问题是直接关系人们身体健康的重大问题,相关部门需要加强对食品安全管理的重视程度,切实保障人们的生命安全。近几年来,食品生产加工环节安全问题层出不穷,直接威胁人们的生命健康。本文主要针对食品生产加工环节存在的安全问题进行分析,目的是强化食品生产加工环节管理,提高食品质量,维护人们的生命健康。
China’s social economy in the process of rapid development,led to the improvement of people’s quality of life.While people’s quality of life improves,they are paying particular attention to food safety.Food safety is a major issue directly related to people’s health,and it is necessary to strengthen the importance of relevant departments to food safety management and ensure people’s life safety.In recent years,food production and processing links of safety issues emerge,directly threatening people’s lives and health.This paper mainly focuses on the food production and processing links of the safety problemanalysis,the purpose is to strengthen the food production and processing link management,improve food quality,better maintain people’s life and health.
