摘要
新冠疫情发生后,消费者的手部消毒成为防止疫情传播的一个重要环节,手消毒产品市场呈现爆发式增长。目前市场上的手消毒产品种类繁多、功效各异。手消毒产品主要是由消毒活性成分与水或乙醇复配而成。本文从有效活性成分、技术特点、剂型及用途方面对手消毒产品进行分类阐述,分析了常用的乙醇、季铵盐、胍类及酚类消毒产品的应用情况、优缺点及发展趋势,以期为手消毒产品的科学合理使用提供指导。
After the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the hand cleaning and disinfection of consumers have become very important.The sale of hand disinfection products is showing explosive growth.At present,there are many kinds of hand disinfection products in the market with different efficacy.Generally,hand disinfection products are composed of active ingredients with disinfection effect and water or ethanol.In this paper,the hand disinfection products are classified and described in terms of effective active ingredients,technical characteristics,dosage forms and use.The application,advantages,disadvantages and development trend of commonly used alcohol,quaternary ammonium salt,guanidine and phenol disinfection products are analyzed with the hope to provide guidance for the scientific and reasonable use of hand disinfection products.
