摘要
羟氯喹属于4-氨基喹啉类药物,临床上主要用于疟疾、盘状红斑狼疮、系统性红斑狼疮及风湿性关节炎等疾病的治疗。因具有多种作用机制,新的临床应用不断被发现。本文对羟氯喹在新型冠状病毒肺炎、间质性肺炎、抗磷脂综合征、难治性肾病综合征、艾滋病和肿瘤等疾病中的应用情况进行综述。
Hydroxychloroquine belongs a 4-aminoquinoline drug and is mainly used in the treatment of malaria,discoid lupus erythematosus,systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis.New clinical applications have been identified due to its multiple mechanisms of action.Its new uses in COVID-19,interstitial pneumonia,antiphospholipid syndrome,refractory nephrotic syndrome,AIDS and oncology are reviewed.
