摘要
目的分析消肿散结汤联合平消胶囊对非哺乳期乳腺炎肿块期患者炎症因子及免疫因子的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月中国中医科学院广安门医院南区外科收治的128例非哺乳期乳腺炎肿块期患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字法分为对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=64),对照组采用平消胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用消肿散结汤。比较两组患者治疗前后炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-6]、免疫因子[白细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、肿块大小及疼痛视觉模拟评分的变化。结果治疗15 d、30 d,对照组IL-2、IL-4、IL-6呈升高趋势,观察组IL-2、IL-4、IL-6呈下降趋势,观察组各时点IL-2、IL-4、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗15 d、30 d,对照组白细胞计数先降低后升高,CRP先升高后降低,观察组白细胞计数、CRP水平呈下降趋势,各时点均低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗15 d、30 d,对照组肿块大小逐渐增大,疼痛视觉模拟评分先下降后升高,观察组肿块大小和疼痛视觉模拟评分呈下降趋势,各时点均低于对照组(P <0. 05);上述各指标组间、时点间、组间和时点间交互作用比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论消肿散结汤联合平消胶囊可有效抑制非哺乳期乳腺炎肿块期患者血清炎症因子水平,控制病情发展。
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction combined with Pingxiao capsule on inflammatory factors and immune factors in non-lactating mastitis patients. Methods From Feb. 2017 to Feb. 2019,128 cases of non-lactating mastitis in Department of Surgery of Guang’anmen Hospital Southern District,Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine were included in the study,and randomly divided into a control group( n = 64) and an observation group( n = 64) according to the random number method. The control group was treated with Pingxiao capsule,and the observation group was treated with Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction on the basis of the control group’ s regimen. The inflammatory factors[interleukin( IL)-2,IL-4,IL-6],immune factors[leukocyte count,C-reactive protein( CRP) ],mass size and pain visual analogue score changes were compared between the two groups. Results After 15 days and 30 days treatment,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-6 in the control group showed an upward trend,while IL-2,IL-4 and IL-6 in the observation group showed a downward trend. The levels of IL-2,IL-4 and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group at each time point( P < 0. 05);After 15 days and 30 days treatment,in the control groupthe leukocyte count firstly decreased and then increased,and the CRP increased and then decreased,while both leukocyte count and CRP showed a downward trend,and were lower than those of the control group at each time point( P < 0. 05). After 15 days and 30 days treatment,in the control group,the mass size gradually increased,and the pain visual analogue score firstly decreased and then increased,while in the observation group the mass size and pain visual analogue score both showed a downward trend and were lower than those of the control group at each time point( P < 0. 05);the differences of the above indicators between groups,time points,and interactions of group and time point were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction combined with Pingxiao capsule can effectively inhibit the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with non-lactating mastitis,and control the development of the disease.
