摘要
第二课堂是第一课堂的延伸和补充,在高校人才培养中发挥着重要作用。当前地方高校在通过第二课堂培养大学生创新能力方面还存在诸多不足。文章通过调查问卷、实地调查等方式,运用头脑风暴、专家咨询、模糊层次分析等方法,基于“第二课堂成绩制度”视角,以安徽地方高校为例,从提高重视、完善体系、发挥功能、做好保障等四个维度提出了加强大学生创新能力培养的路径。从“第二课堂成绩制度”视角对地方应用型高校大学生创新能力培养进行研究,构建了“一体四级六重”的第二课堂育人内容体系,在一定程度上弥补了当前大学生创新能力培养研究和实践不足的问题。
The second classroom is the extension and supplement of the first classroom,which plays an important role in the talent training in colleges and universities.At present,local colleges and universities still have many deficiencies in cultivating college students'innovative ability through the second classroom.Based on the perspective of the second classroom achievement system,this paper,adopting the methods of brainstorming,expert consultation,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,taking local colleges and universities of Anhui as an example,puts forward ways to strengthen the cultivation of college students'innovative ability from four dimensions of improving attention,perfecting system,exerting function and doing well guarantee.Moreover,this paper explores the cultivation of the innovative ability of the local applied university students from the perspective of the second classroom achievement system,and constructs the content system of the second classroom education.To a certain extent,it makes up the deficiency of the current research and practice on the cultivation of college students'innovative ability.
