摘要
因新媒体具有方便快捷、交互性强等特点,为幼儿园教师的自主学习提供了新路径。为探究新媒体背景下幼儿园教师基于专业发展的自主学习现状,在河南济源、郑州两地分别对276名幼儿园教师的自主学习动机、学习内容、学习时间、学习方法、学习过程、学习结果和学习环境等七个方面进行调查。运用SPSS22.0统计发现,新媒体背景下幼儿园教师的自主学习呈现以下特点:在学习结果、营造学习环境及学习方法方面状况良好;在学习动机、学习内容方面略显不足;对学习时间规划和学习过程监控方面需要较大提升;教龄等个人因素是影响幼儿园教师在新媒体背景下自主学习的主要因素。因此,要关注教师个体实践经验的增长,增强教师自主学习动机,培养自我调控能力,提高其自主学习能力,进而促进教师的专业发展。
The new media provides a new way for kindergarten teachers to learn independently because of its rich resources,convenience and quickness,and strong interactivity.In order to explore the current situation of kindergarten teachers'autonomous learning under the background of new media,the study investigated 276 kindergarten teachers in Jiyuan and Zhengzhou,Henan Province from seven aspects of learning motivation,learning content,learning time,learning methods,learning process,learning outcomes and learning environment.The study shows the following characteristics by applying SPSS22.0:it is good in terms of learning outcomes,material and social environment,and learning methods;it is a bit insufficient in terms of learning motivation and learning content;there is a need for greater improvement in learning time planning and monitoring of learning processes;personal factors such as years of teaching experience are the main factors affecting kindergarten teachers'autonomous learning under the background of new media.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the growth of teachers'individual practical experience,enhance teachers'autonomous learning motivation,cultivate their self-regulation ability,improve their autonomous learning ability,and promote their professional development.
