摘要
研究区域超稠油油藏1997年投入开发,2004年水平井加密部署,在超稠油的吞吐规律中,水平井进入第7轮需要辅助工艺性措施以延缓递减。由于单砂体水平井挖潜部署,工艺性药剂措施的实施轮次已经提前。本篇以杜84块兴Ⅰ组吞吐水平井为例,介绍了2005年以来,二氧化碳在超稠油水平井中的应用及演变,针对兴Ⅰ组出现的水侵、地层压力降低、排水期延长、年产油递减快、日产油量低的问题,通过对二氧化碳的单一性到多元化的使用,并在此基础上开展了气态二氧化碳实施试验,试验井组地层压力提高了1.5 MPa,含水下降了21.5%,年产油增加了1.12×10~4t,井组核实日产油量提高了31 t/d,并有效降低了水侵的影响,井间剩余油得到动用。
In the huff and puff rule of super heavy oil reservoir, it needs auxiliary technological measures to delay the decline when the horizontal well enters the 7 th round. Due to the potential tapping deployment of single sand body horizontal well, the implementation cycle of technical agent measures has been advanced. This paper introduces the application and evolution of carbon dioxide in super heavy oil horizontal wells since 2005, taking Xing Ⅰ group huff and puff horizontal wells in Du84 block as an example. Aiming at the problems of water invasion,formation pressure reduction, drainage period extension, rapid annual oil decline and low daily oil production in XingⅠgroup,through the single use of carbon dioxide to diversified use,and on this basis, the gas dioxide is developed through the test of carburization, the formation pressure of the test well group increased by 1.5 MPa, the water cut decreased by 21.5%, the annual oil production increased by 1.12 × 10~4 tons, the daily oil production of the well group increased by 31 tons/day, and effectively reduced the impact of water invasion, and the remaining oil between wells was used.
