摘要
目的调查全院护士长和护士对院级护理技能质量管理的认可程度,并收集其对技能组工作的意见和建议,从而促进护理技能质量管理。方法自行设计半结构式调查问卷,采用问卷星形式对全院护士长和护士发放调查问卷。结果护士长调查问卷发放102份,回收102份,有效率100%;护士调查问卷发放1129份,回收719份,有效率63.68%。护士长和护士对基础护理操作技能的评价结果不一致,护士长认为61.76%的护士基础护理技能掌握情况一般,需要接受进一步培训,仅44.78%护士认为自身需要接受进一步培训。80.39%护士长和69.54%护士认为技能组的工作对自身/科室的基础护理操作技能有促进作用。全体护士长均表示愿意接受技能组的临床检查,并选派护士参加技能组培训;63.28%护士愿意接受临床检查,61.47%护士愿意参加技能组的培训。护士长和护士选择的最佳检查方式是事先通知时间和内容,最佳检查对象应按每个层级进行个别抽查,最佳培训方式均是先培训各科室技能组长,然后由院级技能骨干和科室技能组长相互配合,采取视频教学与工作坊相结合的方式到各科室进行培训。78.43%护士长希望技能组每季度质量检查1次,而护士的选择比较分散。检查方法:78.43%护士长选择情景模拟的检查方法,64.67%护士选择现场操作技能的检查方法。检查结果反馈方式:45.10%护士长选择护理管理系统录入,43.25%护士选择书面总结检查过程的优点和不足,不在全院公开。76.47%护士长和66.48%护士认为检查结果和个人进阶相关联能够促进个人护理技能的提高。结论护士对自我护理操作技能评价过高,院级技能组质量管理得到普遍认可,技能组质控人员质量评估能力有待提高,检查结果与个人进阶挂钩对提升个人护理操作技能有促进作用,院级技能组年度计划的制定应符合临床需要。
Objective To investigate the recognition degree of hospital-wide head nurses and nurses of hospital-level nursing skill quality management.Their opinions and suggestions on the work of the skill group were collected to promote nursing skill quality management.Methods The semi-structured questionnaire was designed by ourselves,and the questionnaire was distributed to the hospital-wide head nurses and nurses by a questionnaire star form.Results The 102 questionnaires were sent to the head nurses,and 102 were recovered,with an efficiency of 100%.1,129 questionnaires were issued to nurses,and 719 were recovered,with an efficiency of 63.68%.The results of the evaluation of basic nursing operation skills by head nurses and nurses were inconsistent.The head nurse believed that 61.76%of nurses had generic grasp for basic nursing skills and need further training.But only 44.78%of nurses believed that they need further training.80.39%of the head nurses and 69.54%of nurses believed that the work of the skill group can promote the basic nursing operation skills of themselves/departments.All head nurses expressed their willingness to accept the clinical examination of the skill group and selected nurses to participate in the skill group training.63.28% of the nurses were willing to undergo the clinical examination and 61.47% of the nurses were willing to participate in the skill group training.The best inspection method selected by the head nurse and nurse was to inform the time and content in advance.The best inspection objects should be individually checked according to each level.The best training method was to first train the technical team leader of each department,and then the hospital-level skill backbone cooperated with the technical team leader of the department,and take a combination of video teaching and workshop to train in each department.78.43%of the head nurses hoped that the skill group should check the quality once a quarter,and the choice of nurses was more scattered.Inspection method:78.43%of head nurses choose the inspection method of scenario simulation,and 64.67%of nurses choose the inspection method of field operation skills.The feedback method of the inspection results:45.10%of the nurses choose to enter the nursing management system,and 43.25%of the nurses choose to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the inspection process in writing,which was not disclosed in the hospital-wide.76.47%of head nurses and 66.48%of nurses believed that the correlation between examination results and personal advancement could promote the improvement of personal nursing skills.Conclusion The nurses have overestimated the self-care operation skills,the quality management of the hospital-level skill group was generally recognized,the quality assessment ability of the quality control personnel of the skill group needed to be improved,and the relation between the inspection results and the personal advancement could promote the promotion of personal nursing operation skills.The formulation of the annual plan of the hospital-level skill group should meet the clinical needs.
