摘要 通过CAR模块编写白驱动轴状态参数程序及BEAM离散梁方法建立平行式推杆与V型推杆平衡悬架模型,采用VIEW模块自建四柱振动试验台测试出平衡悬架垂向与扭转总刚度分别为:5515.2N/mm、2677.8N/mm;推力杆传力模型表明随着推杆角度的增加,推杆抵消侧向平衡力增加,传递到车架上的侧向力减小;连续减速带制动极限工况仿真表明:V型推杆随着开口角度的增加,商用整车稳定性指标参数持续提升,同时验证了推力杆传递模型的正确性,但V型推按安装受到车架宽度物理空间限制,只能安装的车架边梁上。 Base on ADAMS/CAR module,the parallel push rod and V-type pusher balanced suspension model are established by comple state parameter program of drive shaft and method of discrete BEAM. The total vertical and torsional stiffness of the balance suspension are 5515.2 N/mm and 2677.8 N/mm respectively by building a four-column vibration test bench on VIEW module. The thrust force transmission model shows that as the angle of the push rod increases,the push rod cancels the lateral balance force and the lateral force transmitted to the frame decreases. The simulation of the continuous deceleration braking condition shows that the V-type push rod continuously increases the stability index of the commercial vehicle with the increase of the opening angle,and verifies the correctness of the thrust rod transmission model,but the V-type push-pull installation is affected. The frame width is limited by physical space and can only be installed on the frame side beam.
