摘要
从产业关联的视角出发,通过定量分析构建汽车产业链图。基于偏离-份额模型对汽车产业链主要制造部门进行省份-产业的双向识别以及稳健性检验,旨在实现产业和区域的双重协调发展。研究结果表明:在汽车产业链主要制造部门中东三省的优势产业表现出较强的趋同性;主要制造部门发展不均衡;产业链个别环节薄弱,产业链不稳定。为形成区域互补的专业化分工格局,黑龙江和吉林既要打造自身独特的优势产业,又应在优势产业方面建立利益协调机制;辽宁应充分发挥规模优势,从薄弱环节入手承接其他两省非特色产业转移。同时,东三省产业发展应规避单一类型的产业模式。
This paper firstly constructs an automobile industry chain chart quantitatively from the perspective of industry correlation.Secondly,based on the deviation-share model,aprovince-industry twoway identification and a robustness test are conducted for the major manufacturing departments of the automotive industry chain.Its aim is to realize the dual coordinated development.The result shows strong industry homogenization of the major manufacturing departments in Northeast China,unbalanced development between departments,and weak and unstable automobile industry chain.In order to form a regional complementary specialization pattern of the automotive industry chain,the three provinces,Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning should give full play to their unique industries,establish corresponding coordination mechanism from their weak links,and avoid a single type of industry model as well.
