一种外爪式钢管土钉受力性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善传统钢管土钉的受力性能,研发了一种外爪式钢管土钉,对其受力特性进行了研究。通过对粘性土中20、25、30cm(外爪伸出长度)的外爪土钉与普通钢管土钉进行的抗拉性能对比试验,分析其在受拉荷载作用下的受力性能的差异。试验结果表明,外爪式土钉通过内杆体推送外爪,使得张开的外爪插入钉侧土体内,对土钉产生锚固作用,进而使土钉体抗性能有较大提升。在试验范围内,土钉破坏时极限抗拉承载力差异较大,极限抗拉承载力与外爪长度有较大相关性,外爪越长,土钉极限抗拉承载力越大。研究结果证明,外爪式土钉的抗拉性能明显优于普通钢管土钉,且环保效果也要明显优于传统土钉,具有较好的经济性。 A kind of external claw type soil nail for steel tube has been developed to improve the mechanical properties of traditional steel pipe soil nails. The mechanical properties of which were studied by comparing the tensile properties of 20 cm, 25 cm and 30 cm(external claw extension length) external claw soil nail and common steel tube soil nail in cohesive soil. The difference of their mechanical properties under tensile load has been analyzed. The results show that the external claw type soil nail pushes the external claw through the internal rod, so that the open external claw can be inserted into the soil on the side of the nail, which has an anchoring effect on the soil nail,thus greatly improving the performance of the soil nail body. In the test range, the difference of ultimate tensile bearing capacity of soil nail is large, and the ultimate tensile bearing capacity has a great correlation with the length of external claw. The longer the external claw is, the greater the ultimate tensile bearing capacity of soil nail is. The conclusion is that the tensile property of external claw soil nail is better than that of common steel pipe soil nail,and the environmental protection effect is better than that of traditional soil nail with better economy effects.
