摘要
目的探究补脑熄风止痉汤联合培元通脑胶囊治疗血瘀风动型帕金森病的临床效果。方法120例帕金森病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采取多巴丝肼+吡贝地尔缓释片进行治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上加入补脑熄风止痉汤及培元通脑胶囊进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候积分以及不良反应发生概率。结果对照组总有效率显著低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗两个月后,对照组患者中医症候积分显著高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者发生不良反应概率显著高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗血瘀风动型帕金森患者采用补脑熄风止痉汤联合培元通脑胶囊的治疗方式能够有效提升患者治疗有效率,缓解病症,效果优于西药治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bunao Xifeng Zhijing Decoction combined with Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule in the treatment of Parkinson's disease with blood stasis and wind movement.Methods A total of 120 patients with Parkinson's disease were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dobosazide and pirbendil sustained-release tablets,while the observation group was treated with Bunao Xifeng Zhijing Decoction and Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom score and the probability of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After two months treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic method of Bunao Xifeng Zhijing Decoction combined with Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment,alleviate the disease,and the effect is better than that of western medicine.
