摘要
目的分析新疆化妆品微生物污染情况,为化妆品卫生监管提供参考。方法按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)第五章微生物检验方法进行检验,依据第一章微生物学指标要求进行合格判定。结果2016年-2018年3年新疆共进行541批次化妆品微生物指标检测,总合格率为95.7%,金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、耐热大肠菌群合格率均为100.0%,菌落总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数合格率分别为95.7%和99.1%。不合格品种主要为护肤类及发用类样品,不合格率分别为3.1%和13.0%,护肤类不合格样品主要为面膜,发用类不合格样品主要为养发粉、护发油及洗发液。结论2016年-2018年化妆品微生物检验合格率总体结果较好,未发现致病菌污染,应加大对面膜及发用类产品的监督检验力度,促进企业提高产品质量。
Objective To analyze the microbial contamination of cosmetics in Xinjiang,and to provide reference for supervision.Methods According to the fifth chapter of the Safety Technical Specifications for Cosmetics(2015 edition),the microbiological test was conducted,and the qualification was judged according to the requirements of the microbiological indicators in the first chapter.Results From 2016 to 2018,during the three-year period,the microbial indicators of 541 batches cosmetics were tested in Xinjiang,with a total qualification rate of 95.7%.The pass rate of Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and heat-resistant coliforms was 100.0%,respectively.The pass rate for total number of bacteria,Molds and Yeasts was 95.7%and 99.1%,respectively.The unqualified samples were mainly skin care cosmetics and hair related cosmetics,and the unqualified rates are 3.1%and 13.0%,respectively.The masks are mainly unqualified samples in skin care cosmetics,and the unqualified samples for hair related cosmetics are mainly hair nutrition powder,hair nutrition oil and shampoo.Conclusion The results of the cosmetics’microbiological test in 2016-2018 are good.No pathogenic bacteria contamination was found.The supervision and inspection of masks and hair related cosmetics products should be strengthened to promote the improvement of product quality.
