摘要
为了研究对熔融沉积制造(FDM)工艺成型精度的影响因素,确定其对成型精度影响的内在规律,设计了基于温度、打印速度和层厚的3因素3水平9组正交实验。通过表面粗糙度仪测量打印件表面粗糙度,通过信噪比分析和方差分析,确定影响表面粗糙度的敏感性因素,并预测了最优表面粗糙度参数组合。
In order to study the influencing factors of forming accuracy of FDM(fused deposition manufacturing) process and determine the internal law of its influence on forming accuracy, the orthogonal experiment with three-factors, three-levels and nine-groups based on temperature, printing speed and layer thickness is designed. The surface roughness of printing piece is measured by a surface roughness meter, the sensitivity factors affecting surface roughness are determined by signal-to-noise ratio analysis and variance analysis, and the optimal combination of surface roughness parameters is predicted.
