摘要
编辑出版中常见的法律知识类问题主要有四种。其一,法律法规指称问题,具体包括法律法规名称不准确、法律法规名称简化不当、法律法规全称简称使用混搭;其二,法律术语表述问题,具体包括法律术语使用混淆、法律术语使用俗称或旧称、法律术语简称不当或作者自创法律术语;其三,法律法规引用问题,具体包括时效性有误,内容有误,条、款、项、目表述有误,立法主体和日期有误;其四,法律法规中书名号使用问题,具体包括书名号使用不恰当、书名号内标示的法律法规名称不完整。编辑出版人员应重视并规避这些常见问题,推进出版物质量提升。
There are four kinds of common legal knowledge problems in editing and publishing.First,the reference of laws and regulations,including inaccurate names of laws and regulations,improper simplification of names of laws and regulations,and the use of the full name of laws and regulations.Secondly,the expression of legal terms,specifically including the use of legal terms confusion,the use of legal terms commonly known or old and improper or self-created legal terms.Thirdly,the problem of quoting laws and regulations,specifically including timeliness error,content error,article,paragraph,item and item number error and legislative subject and date error.Fourthly,the use of the legal title,including the improper use of the legal title,and imcomplete name of the legal title.Editors and publishers should pay attention to and overcome these common problems in order to improve the quality of editing and publishing.
