摘要
目的:探讨静脉血和末梢血对血常规检验结果。方法:将2018年3月至2019年3月在本院进行血常规检验的120例患者纳入到本次研究中作为本次研究的主要对象,采用回顾分析的方法,对120例患者分组,分别进行静脉血和末梢血检验,一组为静脉血检验组,另一组为末梢血检验组,对比分析两组患者的检验结果。结果:将两组不同检验方式的结果进行对比,静脉血检验结果要比末梢血检验结果更加接近于血常规的检验标准值,在这其中包括红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、血红蛋白含量(Hb)以及红细胞压积(HCT)等,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对患者进行血常规检验时,为患者进行静脉血检验,其检验结果的稳定性要远高于末梢血检验结果的稳定性,所以,在临床为患者开展血常规检验时,应该首先对患者进行静脉血检验,以此来提高诊断结果的准确性,从而为患者的临床治疗提供更加准确的依据。
Objective:To investigate the results of routine blood test of venous and peripheral blood.Methods:120 patients who had routine blood tests in this hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were included in this study as the main object of this study.By retrospective analysis,120 patients were grouped together to perform venous blood and peripheral blood tests.One group was the venous blood test group and the other group was the peripheral blood test group.The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The results of the venous blood test were closer to those of the normal blood test than those of the peripheral blood test.Among them are red blood cells(RBC),white blood cells(WBC),platelets(PLT),hemoglobin content(Hb),and erythrocytes(HCT).The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The stability of the venous blood test results is much higher than the stability of the results of the peripheral blood test.Therefore,when the routine blood test is performed on the patient,the patient should be first tested for venous blood.In order to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis results,so as to provide a more accurate basis for the clinical treatment of patients.
