摘要
目的观察靳三针疗法联合康复训练在脑卒中后肩手综合征患者康复中的应用。方法选取2017年8月-2018年9月接受治疗的中后肩手综合征患者74例,将其按照随机对照原则分为两组,每组34例。对照组接受单纯的康复训练,观察组接受靳三针疗法联合康复训练治疗。对比两组疼痛程度、精神状态、肩关节外展及上举活动度。结果疗前观察组VAS评分、MMSE评分肩关节外展及上举活动度与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分比对照组低,MMSE评分比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肩关节外展及上举活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论靳三针疗法联合康复训练可以提高中后肩手综合征患者康复效果,降低疼痛程度,促进精神状态改善。
Objective To observe the application of JIN’s three-needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods Seventy-four patients with middle and posterior shoulder-hand syndrome treated in our hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group received simple rehabilitation training,while the observation group received JIN’s three-needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training.The degree of pain,mental state,shoulder joint abduction and lifting activity were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the VAS score and MMSE score of the two groups were not significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The degree of shoulder joint abduction and lifting activity in the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion JIN’s three-needle therapy combined with rehabilitation training can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with middle and posterior shoulder-hand syndrome,reduce the degree of pain and promote the improvement of mental state.
