振动工况下高压断路器紧固螺栓松动过程仿真分析与试验 被引量:3

摘要 高压断路器分、合闸操作造成的振动冲击是螺栓连接出现松动现象的主要原因。文中建立了螺栓连接有限元模型;仿真分析了轴向振动、横向振动及夹紧力大小对螺栓连接松动过程的影响。搭建螺栓连接结构松动试验装置;试验研究了振动工况下的螺栓连接松动过程;对仿真结果进行验证。研究结果有助于解决断路器螺栓连接紧固件的松动问题。 The vibration caused by the opening and closing operation of high voltage circuit breakers is the main reason for loosening of bolted joints.In this paper,a finite element model was established,and the effects of axial vibration,transverse vibration and clamping force on the loosening process of bolted joints were simulated and analyzed.The loosening test device of bolted joints was built,the loosening process of bolted joints under vibration condition was experimentally studied,and the simulation results were verified.The research results are helpful to solve the loosening problem of bolted joints in circuit breakers.
