摘要
目的:观察百合固金汤联合莫西沙星对多重耐药肺结核病患者T细胞亚群、病灶吸收和空洞闭合的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。两组均给予常规西医抗结核方案治疗,观察组同时服用百合固金汤,每日1剂,早晚分服。两组均连续治疗6个月。观察两组T细胞亚群水平变化,病灶吸收和空洞闭合情况。结果:CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病灶吸收总有效率和空洞闭合总有效率观察组分别为93.3%(56/60)、76.7%(46/60),对照组分别为73.3%(44/60)、68.3%(41/60),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤联合莫西沙星治疗多重耐药肺结核病疗效切确,且能有效提高患者的细胞免疫功能。
Objective:To observe the effects of Baihe Gujin Tang and moxifloxacin on T lymphocyte subsets,foci absorption and cavity closure in the patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis(TB).Methods:All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,60 cases each group.Both groups accepted 3 DEZTM/9 DZTM anti-TB program,the observation group took Baihe Gujin Tang,one dose each day,taking in the morning and evening respectively.Both groups were treated for six months consecutively.To observe the changes of T lymphocyte subsets level,foci absorption and cavity closure between both groups.Results:The difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+between both groups before treating(P>0.05);they rose in both groups notably six months after treating,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Total effective rates of foci absorption and cavity closure in the observation group were 93.3%(56/60)and 76.7%(46/60),higher than 73.3%(44/60)and 68.3%(41/60)of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baihe Gujin Tang and moxifloxacin could obtain definite effects in the treatment for multidrug resistant TB,and it could effectively lift cellular immunity of the patients.
