摘要
针对松软煤层高帮动压巷道围岩变形特点,以阳泉上社煤矿地质条件为对象,分析了巷帮破坏机理和解决对策。松软高帮在不均衡应力和顶帮不同强度的作用下,发生剪切破坏,并在巷道四角处产生剪应力集中区;高预应力锚索支护松软高帮时,可减小塑性破坏范围和剪应力集中程度。结合注浆加固作用特点,提出松软高帮的高预应力注浆锚索支护技术。井下实践表明,松软高帮巷道巷帮高预应力注浆锚索全高支护可有效控制巷帮大变形,提高围岩稳定性,试验效果良好。
Aiming at the deformation character of high ribs in soft coal seam,the failure mechanism and the solutions of high ribs were analyzed based on the coal seam conditions in Shangshe coal mine in Yangquan.Shear failure happened under unbalanced stress and different stiffness of roof and ribs of roadway in soft coal seam,forming shearing zone in four corners.The concentration of shear stress and plastic zone were both decreased after cable supporting with high pretensioned stress.According to function characteristics of grouting reinforcement,supporting technology of grouting-cable with high pretensioned stress was proposed.Underground test shows:the supporting technology of grouting-cable with high pretensioned stress could control the large deformation of high ribs in soft coal seam,improve the stability of surrounding rock,and supporting effect was favorable.
