摘要
随着外科技术的飞速发展,腹腔镜根治性手术已在消化系统诸多恶性肿瘤中广泛开展,但在胆囊癌中开展的相对较少,甚至曾一度被认为是胆囊癌应用的禁忌证。目前虽仍缺乏高质量、大规模、多中心的随机对照研究结果,但一系列新的临床证据,正在逐渐改变人们的认识,同时也逐渐开始解答了关于腹腔镜胆囊癌根治术的安全性、有效性、规范性等一系列问题,本文将就目前腹腔镜胆囊癌外科治疗的若干问题进行探讨。
With the rapid development of surgical techniques,laparoscopic radical surgery has been widely performed in treating digestive system malignancies.However,laparoscopic cholecystectomy has not been carried out so popularly,which even once was considered as contraindication for gallbladder cancer.Although there still lack of high\|quality randomized controlled trials,a series of new clinical evidence is gradually changing people’s understanding of gallbladder cancer,and gradually began to answer the safety,validity and standardized procedures of laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy.In this article,we will discuss several issues of the current laparoscopic surgery for gallbladder cancer.
