不同栽植年限、土层深度苹果梨园土壤中磷酸酶与磷素变化研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究不同栽植年限、不同土壤层次苹果梨园土壤中磷酸酶活性的变化规律及磷酸酶活性与磷素协同机制,针对延边地区苹果梨园土壤,按照不同土壤层次、栽植年限采集并处理土样,采用改进后的磷酸苯二钠法测定土壤中的磷酸酶活性,Bray法测定速效磷,熊-范改进Bowman-Cole法,对土壤进行有机磷分级测定,分析研究时空分异下苹果梨园土壤磷酸酶的变化规律和苹果梨园土壤磷酸酶与有机磷组分及速效磷的相互关系。结果表明:土壤中酸性磷酸酶活性>中性磷酸酶活性>碱性磷酸酶活性。磷酸酶活性随着土壤层次的加深均逐渐下降。在0~20 cm土壤层次中磷酸酶活性均显著大于20~40 cm和40~60 cm土壤层次。栽植年限40年和60年的果园土壤酸性磷酸酶活性均显著大于10年和20年。0~20 cm土壤层次中,栽植年限40年的果园土壤中性磷酸酶活性显著大于20年。碱性磷酸酶活性随栽植年限的增加变化不显著。土壤中的酸性、中性和碱性磷酸酶活性极显著影响速效磷含量。酸性、中性磷酸酶活性与中活性和中稳定性有机磷含量均呈极显著正相关,且同活性有机磷含量呈显著正相关。碱性磷酸酶活性与活性有机磷含量和中活性有机磷含量之间均呈极显著正相关,且同中稳定性有机磷含量显著正相关。 In order to study the changes of phosphatase activity and the synergistic mechanism between phosphatase activity and phosphorus in apple-pear orchard soils with different planting years and different soil layers,soil samples were collected and processed according to different soil layers and planting years for apple-pear orchard soils in Yanbian area.The improved Hoffmann method was used to determine the phosphatase activity in the soil,the Bray method was used to determine the available phosphorus,and the xiong-Fan modified Bowman-Cole method was used to grade the organic phosphorus in the soil.Relationships of phosphatase with organic phosphorus components and available phosphorus in the pear orchard soil were analyzed.The results showed that the acid phosphatase activity in the soil>neutral phosphatase activity>alkaline phosphatase activity.Phosphatase activity gradually decreased with the deepening of soil layer.The phosphatase activity in the 0~20 cm soil layer was significantly greater than the 20~40 cm and 40~60 cm soil layers.The acid phosphatase activity of the orchard soils planted for 40 and 60 years is significantly greater than 10 and 20 years.In the 0~20 cm soil layer,the neutral phosphatase activity of the orchard soil with a planting period of 40 years was significantly greater than 20 years.The activity of alkaline phosphatase did not change significantly with the increase of planting years.Acidic,neutral,and alkaline phosphatase activities were significantly positively correlated with the available phosphorus content.Acidic and neutral phosphatase activities were significantly and positively correlated with neutral and stable organic phosphorus content,and acidic and neutral phosphatase activities were significantly positively correlated with active organic phosphorus content.Alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly positively correlated with medium-active organic phosphorus content,and alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly positively correlated with active organic phosphorus content and moderately stable organic phosphorus content.
