摘要
目的:了解医药信息沟通专员的素质现状问题,为提升医药信息沟通专员素质,促进医药卫生行业的健康发展提供参考。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,对江西省的医药信息沟通专员进行问卷调查。结果:医药信息沟通专员总体素质较低,与行业要求相差较远。不同性别、年龄、专业、学历、当前岗位工作时间、岗位变动次数、企业类别之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但不同职位级别间存在有显著性差异(P<0.05)。医药信息沟通专员普遍缺乏循证医学知识,市场开拓能力、应变能力、抗压能力、任务完成能力、说服能力有待提升。薪酬认同度、成就认同度、岗位认同度较低,岗位稳定性差,离职率较高。结论:医药信息沟通专员总体素质不高,医药信息沟通专员和医药企业都应采取措施,提高整体素质。
Objective:To understand the quality status and existing problems of medical information communication specialists,and to propose countermeasures to improve the quality of medical information communication specialists and promote the healthy development of medicine and health industries.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical information communication specialists in Jiangxi province using random sampling.Results:The overall quality of medical information communication specialists was relatively low,which was far from the requirements of the industry.There was no significant difference between medical information communication specialists with different genders,ages,majors,academic qualifications,current working hours,number of job changes,and enterprise categories(P>0.05).But there were significant differences between medical information communication specialists atdifferent job levels(P<0.05),the medical information communication specialists were generally lack of evidence-based medicine knowledge,some people's market development ability,contingency ability,pressure resistance ability,task completion ability,persuasive ability needed to be improved.The salary recognition,recognition of achievement,post recognition of some medical information communication specialists were low.The post stability was poor,turnover rate was high.Conclusion:The overall quality of medical information communication specialists is not high.Both the medical information communication specialists and medical enterprises should take measures to improve the overall quality.
