摘要
目的:研究医疗场景下门诊患者移动支付医疗费用的使用意愿及其影响因素,并分析其使用满意度,探讨门诊支付流程优化方式和途径。方法:自行设计调查问卷,调查广州市5家公立医院1800名患者,了解患者医疗费用支付方式情况,采用描述统计分析,多元线性回归探究患者移动支付使用意愿及其影响因素。结果:调查对象整体使用意愿为(4.47±0.68),整体满意度为(4.38±0.59);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、性别、月收入是医疗移动支付使用意愿的影响因素。使用态度、满意度、感知有用性、感知易用性、感知安全性均正向影响患者移动支付使用意愿。结论:患者是否选择移动支付医疗费用受多种因素影响,进一步提升医疗移动支付使用率需要医院、医疗保险机构和第三方移动支付平台协同推进,持续改善患者诊疗体验。
Objective:To study outpatients'intention of using medical mobile payment and its influencing factors,to analyze the use of satisfaction,and to explore the ways and means of optimization outpatients'payment process.Methods:The questionnaire was designed to investigate 1800 patients in 5 public hospitals in Guangzhou,to understand the payment methods of medical expenses,and to explore the willingness of patients to use mobile payment and its influencing factors by using descriptive statistical analysis.Results:The overall intention of the survey subjects was(4.47±0.68),and the overall satisfaction was(4.38±0.59).The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that age,sex and monthly income were the influencing factors of the willingness to use medical mobile payment.The attitude of use,satisfaction,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived safety positively affected the intention of patients'mobile payment.Conclusion:Whether the patients use mobile payments is influenced by many ways,and further improving the usage rate of medical mobile payment needs hospitals,medical insurance institutions and third-party mobile payment platform to promote together to continuously improve the patient diagnosis and treatment experience.
