摘要
我国在智慧城市投资与建设方面走在了世界的前列,但要适应面向未来的数字化建造、敏捷服务、智慧交互场景的智慧城市发展建设工作还需要加强理论方法与实践的探索。要建构“数字孪生”的智慧城市理论方法,为解决城市发展建设中的突出问题,推进城市空间价值增值,提高城市精细化治理能力,加强智能规划决策等方面发挥积极作用。要量力而行推进以新一代信息网络基础设施、高效能运算中心、时空关联大数据底盘为主体的数字基础设施,积极推进城市级的数据资产管理体系建设;同时提出应大力支持新型业务场景落地,包括:绿色低碳与节能减排的智慧技术集成、规范引导智慧社区的规划建设、引导智能空间设计等方面。
Our country is leading the world in terms of the investment in and development of smart cities.But to adapt to the smart city development which is based on future-oriented digitalization,quick services,smart interactive scenes,we need to strengthen the exploration of theoretical methods and practice.This paper puts forward the theoretical method of"digital twin"smart city which plays an active role in solving the outstanding problems in urban development and construction,promoting the value-added of urban space,improving the ability of urban fine governance,and strengthening the intelligent planning and decisionmaking.We should push forward the building of the digital infrastructure with a focus on the new generation of information network infrastructure,the efficient computing centers,and the spatiotemporal big data foundation,and actively establish the city-level data asset management system;at the same time,it holds that we should vigorously support efforts to put new business scenarios into practice,including:integrating the green low-carbon technologies and the energy conservation and emission reduction technologies;guiding the planning and construction of smart society in a standardized way;and guiding intelligent spatial design.
