摘要
为解决市政道路预养护技术存在的养护时间长、施工机械化程度低等问题,利用现有双组分MMA材料,并采用"砂-胶一体化喷涂"的施工工艺,在重庆某市政道路上进行了沥青路面预养护试验段施工,取得了良好的养护效果。室内漆轮磨耗试验表明,MMA预养护材料的磨耗损失量较小(<60 mg),对骨料的嵌固效果良好。试验段检测结果表明,预养护材料与基面的粘结强度>1 MPa,抗滑值BPN>60,材料养护时间极短(<1. 5 h),尤其适用于交通量大且要求快速开放交通路段的市政预养护工程。
In order to solve the problems of long maintenance time and low mechanization of construction of municipal road pre-maintenance technology,the existing two-component MMA material is used. The construction of preventative maintenance of asphalt pavement was carried out on a municipal road using the construction technology with sand-glue integrated spraying,which achieves good results. The indoor abrasion experiment showed that the wear loss of the MMA preventative maintenance material was small( <60 mg) and the effect of consolidating the aggregate was favorable. The construction detection results revealed the bonding strength between preventative maintenance material and base surface is greater than1 MPa,and the skid resistance performance is greater than 60 BPN. Moreover,the maintenance time of material is extremely short( <1. 5 h),which is applicable to pre-maintenance engineering projects with large traffic volume section requiring to open traffic rapidly.
