摘要
石油属于不能再生资源,所以随着人类开采行为的加剧出现优质原油总量越来越少,而那些埋藏深度较高的劣质原油越来越多,需要思考怎样提高劣质原油的开采技术,给工业生产提供更加充足的石油支持.因为劣质原油中含有大量的硫等杂质,给原油加工造成严重的影响,例如这些杂质会腐蚀管道.基于这样的生产情况应该分析炼化装置所遇到的腐蚀问题,重视提高工艺防腐能力,减少炼化设备腐蚀问题的发生.所以文章分析国内石油炼化企业开展腐蚀控制的现状,结合实际情况提出几点提高防腐控制能力的措施,提高炼化生产的质量.
Oil is a non-renewable resource,so with the aggravation of human exploitation,the total amount of high-quality crude oil is becoming less and less,while those with higher burial depth are more and more low-quality crude oil.We need to think about how to improve the exploitation technology of low-quality crude oil,and provide more enough oil support for industrial production.Because the poor crude oil contains a lot of sulfur and other impurities,it has a serious impact on the crude oil processing,such as these impurities will corrode the pipeline.Based on this production situation,the corrosion problems encountered by refining equipment should be analyzed,and the process anticorrosion capacity should be improved to reduce the occurrence of corrosion problems of refining equipment.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of corrosion control in domestic petroleum refining and chemical enterprises,and puts forward some measures to improve the corrosion control capacity and improve the quality of refining and chemical production.
