Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of ultra-swollen and painful patches combined with traction on lumbar disc herniation and its effect on serum TNF-α.Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation that met the criteria were selected and completely divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with lumbar traction, and the observation group was treated with ultra-small swelling and pain application combined with lumbar traction.10d is a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain function evaluation table score(JOA)visual analog score(VAS)and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels.Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the JOA score,VAS score and TNF-αlevel(P>0.05).After treatment, the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the VAS score and serum TNF-αwere lower than the control group. The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ultra-small swelling and pain application with traction can significantly improve clinical symptoms, and also significantly reduce the serum TNF-αcontent.Its effect is better than simple lumbar traction treatment.
