摘要
济宁市煤炭资源丰富,开发强度较大。煤炭资源的开采引发采煤塌陷、农田损毁、生态破坏、农民失地等问题,给矿区当地带来一系列经济、社会、环境问题。在分析济宁采煤沉陷区现状、类型、分布及存在问题的基础上,研究采煤沉陷区综合治理的手段和方法,从土地复垦政策、资金、综合治理模式等方面总结济宁采煤沉陷区存在的问题,提出规划引领、综合施策、生态治理的对策和建议。
Jining is rich in coal resources with great development intensity.The exploitation of coal resources has caused many problems such as coal mining subsidence,farmland damage,ecological destruction,and land loss of farmers,which has brought a series of economic,social and environmental problems to the mining area.Based on the analysis of the present situation,types,distribution and existing problems of mining subsidence area in Jining,This paper studies the means and methods of comprehensive management of mining subsidence area,summarizes the problems existing in Jining mining subsidence area from the aspects of land reclamation policy,funds and comprehensive management mode,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of overall planning,comprehensive implementation and ecological management.
