不同饲料投喂量下生物絮团技术对草鱼养殖及水质的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Feeding Quantity on Water Quality and Breeding of Grass Carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)in Biofloc System

摘要 为研究不同饲料投喂量下生物絮团技术对草鱼生长及其非特异性免疫机能和水质的影响,设计了3个饲料投喂水平的生物絮团技术喂养(添加碳源)试验,以非生物絮团技术喂养(不添加碳源)为对照,试验组的饲料投喂量分别为对照处理的100%(处理A)、85%(处理B)和70%(处理C),试验周期为36 d,试验期间每隔6 d测一次水质指标,试验结束后测定草鱼的生长指标和血清非特异性免疫指标。结果表明:处理A的终末均重、增重率与对照组差异不显著,但特定生长率、蛋白质效率显著低于对照,处理B和处理C的终末均重、增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率均显著低于对照,试验组饲料系数均显著高于对照组;在非特异性免疫机能方面,处理A和处理B的溶菌酶和超氧化物歧化酶与对照差异不显著,但处理C的这2项指标均显著低于对照,各处理的碱性磷酸酶差异不显著;养殖后期,试验组水体的氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和硝酸盐氮都显著低于对照。综上所述,在该试验条件下,生物絮团技术能改善草鱼养殖水质,提高草鱼非特异性免疫能力,但未能提高草鱼饲料利用率。 The study aims to research the effects of different feeding quantity on growth performance,water quality and non-specific immune function of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)in biofloc system.The experiment was designed with one control group of which feed amount was 3%of fry body weight without carbon source and three tested groups(group A:100%of control group feed amount with glucose;group B:85%of control group feed amount with glucose;group C:70%of control group feed amount with glucose).The test period was 36 d during which water quality indicators were tested every six days,growth indicators and non-specific immune indicators were tested after the test.The results showed that group A was not significantly different from the control group in the final mean weight and weight gain rate,but significantly higher than the control group in feed conversion ratio,and significantly lower than the control group in specific growth rate and protein efficiency ratio.The final mean weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate and protein efficiency ratio of group B and group C were significantly lower than those of the control group.The feed conversion ratio of all the tested groups was significantly higher than that of the control group.The ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in all tested groups were significantly lower than in the control group at the end of test.Regarding non-specific immune function,LZM activity and SOD activity were not significantly different between group A,group B and the control group,but group C was significantly lower than the control group,AKP activity of all tested groups was not affected.The results indicated that the biofloc technology could improve water quality,enhance the non-specific immune function,but failed to improve feed utilization of grass carp under the conditions of this test.
