摘要
通过设计合理的化学成分以及制定冶炼、连铸、轧制工艺,提高了产品的综合性能,特别是时效冲击性能。通过试验研究,确定影响时效冲击韧性的主要因素为变形条件,温度条件对其影响不大。当变形量小于12%时,随变形量的增加,冲击韧性出现明显降低,当变形量大于12%时,冲击韧性则基本保持稳定。
By designing reasonable chemical composition and formulating smelting, continuous casting and rolling processes, the comprehensive properties of products, especially aging impact properties, were improved. Through experimental study, it is determined that the main factor affecting aging impact toughness is deformation condition, temperature condition has little effect on aging impact toughness. When the deformation is less than 12%, the impact toughness decreases obviously with the increase of the deformation. When the deformation is more than 12%, the impact toughness remains stable.
