饮食疗法联合益生菌对过敏性紫癜患儿肠黏膜屏障的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨纤维素饮食联合益生菌治疗对过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein purpura,HSP)患儿肠黏膜屏障功能的恢复作用。方法选取2017年12月至2019年6月在本院住院的腹型HSP患儿100例,分为实验组1(加纤维素饮食)、实验组2(加益生菌)、实验组3(加纤维素联合益生菌)、对照组(常规治疗),每组25例。另选取本院同期健康体检儿童20例为正常组。分别于入院、治疗7 d、1月、3月时检测血浆中二胺氧化酶(diamine oxidase,DAO)、D-乳酸。结果治疗前,实验组和对照组血浆DAO、D-乳酸明显高于正常组(均P<0.05),治疗后血浆DAO、D-乳酸持续性降低。3月后,实验组低于对照组(均P<0.05),且与正常儿童测量值比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);实验组3最接近正常值。结论腹型HSP患儿存在肠黏膜屏障受损,纤维素饮食和益生菌可促进恢复肠黏膜屏障功能并逐渐接近正常。 Objective To investigate the effect of fiber diet combined with probiotics on the repair of intestinal mucosal barrier in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods A total of 100 children with abdominal HSP who were hospitalized in our hospital from December,2017 to June,2019 were divided into an experimental group 1,treated with cellulose diet,an experimental group 2,treated with probiotics,and experimental group 3,treated with cellulose and probiotics,and a control group,routinely treated,with 25 cases in each group.And another 20 healthy children in the hospital during the same period were selected as a normal group.The diamine oxidase(DAO)and D-lactic acid in plasma were detected at admission and 7 days,1 month,and 3 months after the treatment.Results Before the treatment,the plasma DAO and D-lactic acid levels in the experimental groups and the control group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(all P<0.05),and continued to decrease after the treatment.3 months after the treatment,the levels in the experimental groups were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and were not statistically different from those in the normal group(all P>0.05);the levels in the experimental group 3 were closest to the normal values.Conclusions Intestinal mucosal barrier is impaired in children with abdominal HSP.Fiber diet and probiotics can promote the repair of intestinal mucosal barrier.
