摘要
乌梅丸为张仲景治疗寒热错杂上热下寒之病的主方,作者随导师张烨教授,临床常以该方治疗原发性痛经病患者。原发性痛经为详细妇科检查未发现盆腔脏器异常而经前或行经期间下腹部痉挛性疼痛,并常伴随头晕头痛、恶心呕吐、腹泻、腰腿酸痛等,常见于年轻女性。张烨教授认为临床辨证论治当谨守病机,师其意而不拘其方,守其法而不泥其药,厥阴受邪,则肝之疏泄不利,则木邪犯土而脾胃气机为之失和,故厥阴病中,多呕吐、哕、下利之变,出自《伤寒论》中厥阴病篇的乌梅丸亦非只为蛔厥而设,循其病证机理,临床运用于治疗部分妇科疾患,效果理想。该文将根据乌梅丸治病机理及张烨教授临床运用该方治疗原发性痛经病患者经验进行阐述。
