摘要
目的:探讨针灸与镇肝熄风汤加减联合应用于小儿多动症治疗中的临床疗效,以期为临床治疗小儿多动症提供有用的参考依据。方法:选取72例小儿多动症患儿作为本组研究的对象,按照治疗方法的不同分成对照组与研究组各36例,对照组采用单纯的针灸治疗,研究组采用针灸与镇肝熄风汤联合治疗方式,7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察2组患儿接受治疗后的有效率、不良反应的发生率及患儿家属对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗后,对照组的有效率为72.22%,研究组的有效率是91.67%,组间差异有统计学意义;对照组不良反应发生率是8.34%,研究组不良反应发生率是5.56%,组间差异无统计学意义;对照组患儿家属对治疗的满意度是77.78%,研究组患儿家属对治疗的满意度是94.44%,组间差异有统计学意义。结论:和采用单纯的针灸治疗的效果相比,对小儿多动症的临床治疗中采用针灸与镇肝熄风汤联合治疗的效果更为显著,可有效提高治疗总有效率,改善患儿的预后效果,不良反应发生率低,提高患儿及其家属对治疗的满意度,且安全可靠,值得临床进行推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of ADHD in order to provide useful reference for clinical treatment of ADHD.Methods:72 children with ADHD were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into a control group and a study group of 36 cases according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with acupuncture alone.The research group was treated with acupuncture and Zhengan Xifeng decoction.The treatment method was 7 days for 1 course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the children in the 2 groups were observed for the effectiveness,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the family members’ satisfaction with the treatment.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 72.22%,the effective rate of the study group was 91.67%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 8.34%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.56%.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups;the satisfaction degree of the family members of the control group was 77.78%,and the satisfaction degree of the family members of the study group was 94.44%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with the effect of acupuncture treatment alone,the effect of combined acupuncture and Zhengan Xifeng decoction in clinical treatment of ADHD is more significant,which can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment and improve the prognosis of children.The low incidence of adverse reactions improves the satisfaction of children and their families in treatment,and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
