摘要
医学人文精神是“以人为本”理念在医学服务中的体现,特别是在临床医生的成长中,需要医学人文素养能力的提升。本文系统阐述了在临床工作中加强医学人文精神的必要性,以及结合发热类疾病的特点,临床诊疗中如何提升医学人文精神临床带教的路径探讨,我们提出了开展情绪干预、围绕有效沟通、加强人文培训、服务特殊人群等方面的具体措施。
Medical humanistic spirit is the embodiment of the“people-oriented”concept in medical services,especially in the growth of clinicians,which requires the improvement of medical humanistic literacy.This article systematically elaborated the necessity of strengthening medical humanistic spirit in clinical work,and discussed how to improve clinical teaching of medical humanistic spirit in clinical diagnosis and treatment according to the characteristics of febrile diseases.We put forward such aspects as developing emotional intervention,effective communication,strengthening humanistic training and serving special groups.
