摘要
朱章志教授临证经验丰富,认为中医辨治糖尿病周围神经病变时不应拘泥于以往的简单分型,而应通过辨别阳气的运行状态,识别疾病本质,纠正异常的阳运病理。朱教授指出,阴阳中的“阴虚”宜理解为“阳气收藏功能减弱”,并非“津液不足”,中医论治消渴痹症,宜强调“阳主阴从”,从三阴入手,并推崇当归拈痛汤作为厥阴湿热证之首选,临床上取得良好疗效。基于此,朱教授的特色经验值得进一步总结,以提高治疗效果。
Professor ZHU Zhang-zhi with profound knowledge believes that the TCM treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)should not stick to the simple classification,but focus on distinguishing the running state of yang qi,identifying the nature of the disease,and correcting the abnormal pathology of yang.He also pointed out that‘yin deficiency’in yin and yang should be understood as‘weakening the function of yang qi collection’rather than‘insufficiency of body fluid’.In the treatment of DPN,‘yang governing yin following’should be firstly emphasized.Started with‘three yin’theory(including Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin),Danggui Niantong Decoction as the first choice of Jueyin damp-heat syndrome was recommended,which already had a good clinical effect.Thus,the characteristic experience of professor ZHU deserves to be further summarized to improve the therapeutic effect.
